Blockchain Web Services Inc. (BWS) is excited to launch "NFT Game Cube," a distinctive gaming platform that combines blockchain technology, machine learning, and sports. In this game, a virtual field is divided into squares, each known as an NFT Game Cube. Players can buy one or more of these NFTs to participate in either seasonal matches or individual games. During these matches, any activities within a cube will earn points based on the in-game events occurring in that specific square. At the end of each match or at the end of the season, the top players who have accumulated the most points receive non-monetary prizes.
Event Detection
While Blockchain Web Services Inc. endeavors to utilize state-of-the-art machine learning technology to accurately detect and attribute in-game events to specific NFT Game Cubes, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of such event detection. The nature of live sports and machine learning-based systems means there can be discrepancies or inaccuracies in data capture and interpretation. Therefore, Blockchain Web Services Inc. shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the event detection or the resulting impact on game play and scoring.
No Liability
Players acknowledge that Blockchain Web Services Inc. provides the "NFT Game Cube" platform on an "as is" basis. We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from inaccuracies in the event detection technology or the outcomes of such inaccuracies in gameplay. Our commitment is to continuous improvement of our detection technologies, but users participate at their own risk, acknowledging the potential for errors in the system.
Ownership of NFT Game Cubes
The ownership of each NFT Game Cube is linked to the email address provided by the user at the time of purchase. The effective custody of the NFT remains with Blockchain Web Services Inc. until the indicated owner transfers, at any time, the effective blockchain ownership by following the instructions provided by the company. If blockchain NFT ownership is never transferred, the email address of the owner will still be used as the effective representation of the ownership for claiming the game non-monetary prizes.
Fair Play and Compliance
Players are expected to adhere to principles of fair play. Any form of manipulation or exploitation of the game mechanics, including the use of bots, automation software, or other unauthorized means, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of any NFTs or rewards.
Amendments to NFT Game Cube Terms
Blockchain Web Services Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes to the law or enhancements to the NFT Game Cube service. Players will be notified of any significant changes, which will also be reflected in the updated policy document available on our website.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this site in accordance with the law and laws of general application.
